Memory card is showing full but won't play

Try to delete one picture which you don't want, or one which is fuzzy, etc. Try it then. If it cannot play from the card, then some problem exists in the camera.

Panasonic lumix dmctzs7 lens needs replacement how

Replacing the lens is not something you can do. If you send it in for service, Panasonic will not fix it....they will send you a replacement "refurbished" camera that may or may not be the same model you sent in and it will be expensive. It will be more expensive than buying a new ZS7 which, if you search on the internet, can be had for under $200.

The "port" where I connect

Sure. The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program, such as iPhoto on Mac or Windows Photo Gallery on Windows.

Black screen when taking pictures

Increase your ISO. Lower your F-point value (increase your aperture)And, increase shutter speed. If you cannot fix the other two parameters, try the first one, will work.

When we put an SD card in, onTV we get 3" grey

This is a tv setting problem, not a camera problem. If you have a widescreen tv, it can be set to several width aspects. Check your tv manual for instructions.

The picture on the viewing

The display beingseen as a breaking image can be due to failure of the LCD or the CCD which is the optical sensor of the camera. So to confirm check the older picture to be seen on the display. Confirm this by checking the card on your PC. If the display is not seen, then the LCD can be faulty, fault on the linking cable or the control board.

However if the older images are seen well then the LCD is working correctly and the fault can be failure of the CCD- charge coupled device in the camera. If you have accidently exposed the camera directly to high intensity light / sunlight, then it is possible that it is damaged. Remove the battery and keep the camera aside to reset and try as a last resort. Get estimate before you decide. It will be good to have it checked at the authorised service as you do not have to run around for spares.Thank You for using fixya

My DMS-TZ3 has been a

Very odd.. but electricity can do weird things! I think your corrosion assessment could be correct. The camera needs to be opened and checked for corrosion, if there is noticeable corrosion you won't find anyone who will want to try and repair it, sorry. If no corrosion it might need the lens replaced... probably about $80-90 total for a refurb lens, installation and return shipping. Fuji directly will probably want twice that amount, but it wouldn't hurt to check with them.

Hope this helps.

I have a panasonic lumix

Hi,
That is a classic symptom of the image sensor going bad... the image sensor is what collects the image and turns it into an electronic "picture" when they go bad the first thing is usually lines in the picture...

Click here to see how they work..

If your camera is under warranty you can get it repaired under the warranty... if not then it will probably cost more to repair it then it is worth..

Look for an option similar to "restore factory settings" or "restore default settings" in your camera's settings.

Hi, When I turn on

This occurs only in "mormal mode"? The pics have the same problem when take it and transfer at pc?

Two things there, first... could be a problem with the viewer screen, or, second choice could be a problem with the CCD sensor or go to bad; in both cases this isn't a job that you could solve yourself; this wrong include distorted images or abnormal colors, scratchy purple lines, blank or black pictures, and/or black videos with good sound being recorded on the camera's flash card.

Are you check ISO setting are these taken on? Noise is when the ISO is turned up too much. I had a look on DPreview for you camera, but couldn't find it. Looking at this one ISO Sensitivity / Noise levels I'd say anything over ISO400 is "too much" in this case.

Could be a problem with the LCD screen viewer or CCD sensor go to bad. This condition is the same when your pics are showed in the pc ? Are you check ISO settigns? If yes, and the problem continue, first... could be a problem with the LCD viewer screen, or, second choice could be a problem with the CCD sensor or go to bad; in both cases this isn't a job that you could solve yourself; this wrong include distorted images or abnormal colors, scratchy purple lines, blank or black pictures, and/or black videos with good sound being recorded on the camera's flash card.

I suggest check THIS LINK for additional details in this previous solutions for an Defective CCD (Charge Coupled Device) and next contact your Canon service.
I strongly suggest (taking into consideration the age of your camera) to evaluate the cost of repair versus the cost of a new camera with similar features, before making a final desicion.

If your camera have some "anti-vibration" setup, check if this is activated, or its possible that this system is go to bad or need to be recalibrated.

Hope this helps

Accidentally set language to chinese or something.

In the set-up menu (it has a wrench icon), the next to the last entry is "language" (it has an icon of a small head talking). Use the right arrow in the 4-way controller to browse the languages and click on "english".
