Caller id
Call Customer Service 1-8O5-465-751O To Fix Issue
First you need to verify if the caller id does that to all incoming calls, showing numbers only, or if it only does that to only numbers stored in directory. If it does that to all incoming calls then you need to check manual to see if there a setting to allow both name and number of all incoming calls. Either way you need to make sure caller id functions allows both name /number on display.

Extension stopped working is there a setting on the base
Anytime the extension stops working, it is generally caused by a dead battery (90+% of the time). It is occasionally caused by the extension base not charging the battery. Try to pay attention occasionally to the charge status on the extension phone.
Buy batteries on Amazon. They're much cheaper.

How do I select the
Hello
You can adjust the count of rings of your phone. For this, press [0,6,1] as code and then press how many rings you wants. For instance, if you want to hear 7 rings press digit '7'. Upto 7 rings can only be set. You can select this number from '1' upto '7'. The normal factory setting for ringer number is '4'. OK.
