My Sony DSC H2 camera
What kind of batteries are you using? If you are using alkalines, yes you will only get about 50 or so shots out of a set. You need to use NiMH (nickel metal hydride) rechargeables. You can get a set with charger for about $25-30 from Best Buy. You will get several hundred shots per charge with them.
Sony DSC-H2 flash bulb not
Probably just a burned out bulb or a disconnected wire. Try taking it to a Radioshack and see if they can take out the bulb for a replacement. Shouldn't be that difficult to replace.

go to the menu, scroll down until you find initialize and hit ok. hope this helps! :)

Check the battery because weak battery gives this kind of problem, if it is ok, then it might have internal loosing, need to be technically handled by service center.

E91:01 flashes on screen. Flash will not work.
The error message is saying that the high voltage capacitor that creates the flash is not charging. There is probably a burned connection inside the camera or the bulb is bad - do not attempt to fix unless you're aware of getting a good jolt of electricity if you touch the wrong thing. Take it in to a repair shop.

Shutter button is available in parts shops and local camera repair shop will replace it.
Sony will charge you too much to replace that button.

How do I get the
Adding the date to the image is in your default settings under "menu" in your camera. Scroll through each choice until you find turning on or off the date in the photo. Set it and then choose "ok" and exit. This should solve your problem.
Date time on photos
you'll have to goto settings. choose date/time. then select display date/time.....
