Sir/Mam, turn off the main power switch, ensure the sub power switch is on. The sub power switch is located on the right side of the control panel. Then holding down the Utility/Counter button turn the main power switch on. Close the front door you must keep the Utility button down. The screen will show TROUBLE RESET touch it see a "OK" then power off the machine. YOU MUST WAIT TEN SECONDS BEFORE POWERING UP AGAIN!!!!!! If the problem goes away OK. If the code comes back you need a fusing unit. Which will be expensive!!! Sorry :( DO NOT KEEP TRYING TO RESET THE MACHINE THE MACHINE IS TELLING YOU THERE IS A PROBLEM!!!!! Check your settings. Sounds to me as if the printer thinks that the pages will be attached at the top rather than the left side.

Sir/Mam, That means that the Developer kind look like toner but is different need to be replaced 110,000 copies along with the drum do NOT YANK OUT THE IMAGE UNIT on THE RIGHT SIDE THERE IS A SMALLL PLASTIC COVER ATTACHED WITH ONE BOLT AND CONNECTER UNDERNEATH THE SMALL CONNECTOR IF YOU DONT, ASKING FOR BIG TROUBLE. Sir/Mam, #10 Transfer roller needs replacing sponge looking roller right side of the of the machine when you open to remove paper jams. # 9 Developing unit needs replacement that the part that holds the drum and developer/toner. IF YOU YANK THIS UNIT OUT WITHOUT REMOVING THE LITTLE COVER ONE BOLT and DICONNECT THE CONNECTOR. BIG TROUBLE, going to cost a lot to repair. #8 PAPER DUST REMOVER the device that collect paper dust yes paper does produce DUST. Just before the sponge roller #6 IS Warning that the developer has not been replace inside the drum cartridge. SEE #9 #4 Drum need to be replaced. Really have to watch for all of that sir/mam. 1.The terminal for the first transfer pressure/release sensor is not connected properly. Reconnect the terminal. 2.Failed PS15 (p/n 08AA 8551 2). Test photosensor, PS15, in the I/O State Confirmation Mode, 48-0HIGH = home position or LOW = Other than home position by activating M19 (p/n 08AA 8003 0) transfer pressure/release motor, 48-0, 48-1, 48-2, or 48-3.
