Kensington PilotBoard 64385 Questions & Answers
My keyboard is not working and I have just put in
You may need to resynch the keyboard with the receiver. I'm not 100% sure of the procedure for the Kensington PilotBoard - but normally all you need to do is hold down the Connect or Synch button on the receiver (in this case the USB Dongle) until the light begins to flash. Once it's flashing, press and hold the Connect or Synch button on the Keyboard (usually its on the back) until the light on the receiver stops flashing.
I BROKE THE FLASH DRIVE
You would have to tell me the model to be sure. However the packs are so cheap now days from sites like newegg.com your better off buying new.
My keyboard stopped working!!
I think the best solution to this problem is unplug the USB adapter and remove the batteries from the keyboard for about 30 seconds. Do them both at the same time. I've noticed if I only remove the keyboard's batteries and put them back in, it wouldn't work. Also if I removed the USB adapter and then plugged it back it, it wouldn't work. But, if I do them both at the same time, problem is fixed.
Keyboard malfunctioning
Are you saying it will stay on even if you press NumLock to turn it
off? That's weird. But on most computers NumLock automatically comes on
...you can change this in the computers BIOS. Try pressing F1 as your
computer is booting up to change this option.
check out this will solve your problem.

I have lost my pin for my kensington bluetooth keyboard. How do I start again
Power on keyboard with 5 seconds button on. Keyboard will start with LED slow two flash mode.
Go to Device menu and "Add a device". Select Keyboard.
On the UI keyboard, input "0000" (no enter), and touch "add".
Then on the physical keyboard, input "0000" + Enter.
It should make start connecting.
The UI changes into connecting view. But it already connected.
You can test with pushing "Windows Key" on the physical keyboard.
After connected, both LED on keyboard was automatically turned off. It is still working normally.
My kensington trackball mouse will not work on your games.
Long ago Kensington never made the change to their driver when Microsoft went from DirectX 11 to 12
I called them and they refused to listen to me.
Very poor caliper of people in charge there.
Shame as the Trackball is a very good alternative to both the mouse and a joystick.
If they would update the driver then the trackball maybe a popular way to play games
The only way you can get it to work is to plugin another mouse
It will then work with all games
