That is a problem with the memory array in the monitor. If it is under warranty, don't even mess with it. Take it in. Otherwise open it up and exercise all the connectors on the logic board inside. That works about 30% of the time. If that does not fix it, then it is terminal. They are so cheap now that it doesn't even pay to try to get the repair parts. They will cost more than a new one.

When turning the screen on, the light turn green

This means that the monitor is not getting a signal from the computer. The problem could be the video or graphics card or it could be the monitor itself.

Try to connect the monitor into a known working CPU. If the monitor works, then you need to check your video card.Try to pull out the card and clean it using a DRY clean cloth. And then re-seat the card to the slot. If nothing happen, insert the card into an available video slot. or try different computer. If same problem occur, contact the manufacturer.

NOW, if the problem is the monitor, check the cable, try to use different video cable. If same problem occur, then it should be checked by a technician.

Thank you and good luck!

I want to install the monitor Hyundai L70N but I

You usually do not need a disk to install a monitor, most of them are plug and play capable. If your getting an image that is blurry and out of perspective you may need to change your display size " standard 17 inch is 1280x1024 " If your on XP you can right click on the empty desktop and go to properties, Under the settings tab you will find options for screen resolutions. If your on Vista or 7 you right click on empty desktop space and go go screen resolution, There again you will easily find your settings for your screen resolution. Click apply and then click OK. If your still encountering problems such as no image at all you may have a problem with the monitor.

The power lite comes on then starts flashing on

Hello,

The flashing power light indicates a short in the power supply. This is a common failure point of LCD monitors2.gif after a few years of use. The heat build up in the monitor case causes parts called capacitors to blow leading to the power supply short. If you can solder you should be able to do the repair. Go to our web site at:
www.ccl-la.com/badcaps.htm We have pictures of what to look for. Now take the back off of your monitor and replace all of the caps that look like the pictures and you should be back going again. Be sure to use high temp parts, they will be marked 105c. The values you will need to get will be marked on the sides of the bad ones such as 220uf, 470uf or 1000uf. When you insert the new ones be sure to put the polarity stripe going the same direction as the old one comes out. If you have any questions just let me know. If you don't want to do the repair yourself we do offer a repair service for $30 + return shipping2.gif.

We also have a free chat available to talk to our tech 1 on 1

I hope this helps, if so please rate our solution.

My L70N monitor won't turn on it powers up so that

Hello,

The blinking power light is a sure sign of a power supply failure. The heat buildup in the case causes parts called capacitors to blow and short out the power supply making the power light blink. If you can solder then you should be able to do the repair yourself. Go to our web site at:
www.ccl-la.com/badcaps.htm we have pictures of what blown capacitors look like. Now open up your monitor and look at the power supply. Replace all of the caps that look like the pictures and you should have a working monitor again. The replacement caps will need to be high temp which is marked 105c. The values that you need to get will be marked on the sides of the bad caps you take out such as 220uf, 470uf or 1000uf plus a voltage rating. The caps can be ordered from several places on the internet or we can supply them for you. Do not use caps from Radio Shack they are not rated for this type of use and will blow out in a few weeks of use. When you replace the bad ones be sure to insert them with the polarity stripe on the side going the same direction as the old ones come out. If you have any questions just ask. If you don't want to do the repair yourself we do offer a repair service for $30 + return shipping.

I hope this helps, if so please rate our solution.
