If the issue persists , try using burning with another unit and compare the results . If you are still stuck , change software . I have not been very successful i rebuilding these dvd drives and to tell you the truth it is no longer financially feasable considering I can order a Samsung Multi-format cd/dvd drive for around 25 dollars on E-Bay. You can always just pull the tray out and push it in, but eventually down the line that will start causing problems. Depending on your system, replacing or upgrading the Optical drive is one of the easiest upgrades you can do.

Please use Ulead DVD Movie Factory 5 or 6. It helps you to convert the avi files to DVD VOB files and it completely run on any dvd player.
