Not spinning is usually a broken belt/pulley. You can check by taking off the top of the WM, usually just 4 screws on the side (sometimes hidden below white covers). It could also be the (carbon) brushes that are worn down. Check out this video or a similar one for your make of washing machine. If you're handy you can replace them yourself after checking IF they are worn down (usually they decrease in length, check against image of "new ones"). I get my spare parts from http://www.europart.nl/wasmachine+onderdelen How to replace washing machine carbon brushes on Bosch washer
Suggestion: Possible your outlet filter is blocked; this needs periodic cleaning, depending on your usage. Clean this out and re-fit.

Take the top panel off by removing the two screws underneath the lid at the rear and look down inside towards the front door edge of the drum you will see a very large metal hose clips holds the door seal on. A screwdriver will loosen the clip then the clip will slip off and then the seal can be removed and replaced
1) lock is defective or 2) the key is defective, see if some locksmith can make a new one. however you can bypass the lock key for to see if the machine will be RUN. Otherwise the problem is another place see the diagram attached. God bless you
