ok, reinstall the sound driver, how can you do that , easely go to the website of the brand of your computer , find support and drivers , write your model there and search the driver then yo find the driver and download yand reinstall

reinstall the driver , go to acer web support and find yor model there first and second chosse driver download, download de driver and reinstall

You need to open the case and look directly at the motherboard to find the Make and model #. It is usually in between card slots like the PCI slots. Sometimes it is actually printed on a sticker which is on the sides of the PCI's. Then go to that manufacturers site and go to support or driver's or downloads. Either choose your motherboard from a list or do a search by the model #. Download each driver for you motherboard, depending which components are on the motherboard. E.g. sound, nic, video, etc.
