If your printer has a reset to factory default, do this.

I assume you mean the whole page itself is coming out black? This is usually a sure sign of a problem with the charger corona wire. Either it is broken or not making good electrical contact. Having you tried an engine clean cycle? Try your basic troubleshooting, also try uninstalling and reinstalling the toner cartridge. Otherwise your unit is most likely in need of repair by a professional. In that case you will want to inquire about an estimate and consider whether repair or replacement is your best option as a comparable laser printer is quite affordable now. Which geographical region you live in. Is it monsoon season in your location at present. Kindly do let me know for solution.

Normal 0 Driver could be corrupt.
Disconnect the printer or at least be sure it is turned off. I'd do both and reinstall the CD software program that came with the printer. When the software program asks you to connect the printer to the USB port, do so and it should again work properly.

Just to determine if the problem is a printer or PC problem, try pressing the button at the bottom of the lights 3 times quickly and see if it prints out a test page. If it does then try reloading the driver on your PC.

There is a sensor that detects paper just after the paper tray. No matter what is the reason that paper doesn't reach the sensor your printer will indicate that there is "no paper". You should check is something preventing transport system even to reach the level of paper. In the case of Lexmark E342 or E250 printers, for example, two wheels with black rubbers rotating around common axis are pushing the paper . When you pull out the paper tray the transport system with rollers can be seen from the bottom side of the printer. If the rollers are not laying on the surface of the paper they can not push it inside the printer. If you are sure that it is not the case the next thing you should check is the rubbers mentioned above. They must be clean enough to have efficient traction with paper. You should take the rubbers off the wheels, wash them with water and soap, rinse them and thoroughly dry. Put them back and try.
