Try using another person phone to reset your Google password it might work

This isdue might caused by a faulty battery or charger.

Try using another charger and see if problem exist. If not, try replacing your phone's battery.

Repair the power button

Use a paper clip or small object like one and use it to push the power button inside the phone where the old button was.

Dude take off the case like your about to take off the battery out.Check the top of you phone if the left piece of your phone is gold it broken.

Use HTC desktop manager and it will let you do it.

Go to HTC site and search for the OS there, you should be able to download it to your pc and using a usb cable install it from pc.

Download HTC Sync Manager it works very well

Google the phone model and make and go to their site to download the os. You should be able to use desktop software for your for to install or it may also install automatically after download

Your LCD might have just given out on you, especially if it starts up / vibrates and still remains dark. This has been known to happen with the HTC One X as well. Unfortunately the only way to fix this is to disassemble the phone and replace the LCD... easier said than done in many cases. In a nutshell you have 2 choices: cell repair service or purchase new phone.

There is a way to do a Master Reset on MOTO Q phones that cannot access the standard Master Reset method:

1. Power off the Q
2. Press and Hold the Center Select Key, while powering up the phone or Press and Hold the Z & E keys, while powering up the phone
3. The MASTER RESET screen will appear
4. Press Yes
5. This will restore the phone to factory settings

you need a special solder adheisive. I am not sure exactly where to get this material but it exists. I am having the same problem and I am not going to attempt to install the new power ribbon until I too can figure out what type of solder adheisive will be suitable.
