Use the fn key. Laptops don't have a dedicated PS key. Figure out which key has Print Screen on it, maybe in a different color.

This is an issue with the display driver update from HP. Go to HP driver support page and AutoDetect Your Product. Once detected choose your OS and find the Intel Video Driver and Control Panel (International link and click on it. On this page, you will see a "revision History" Tab. If you dont get a print screen with prt-scn, then try shift and control with that key. This should give you what you seek.

see if the tv has VGA or HDMI input so these are the way you can connect PC/laptop to your tv.

Sounds like a bad battery. Does the battery get hot-if so then discontinue using it and search the web for a replacement.
