This is an issue with the display driver update from HP. Go to HP driver support page and AutoDetect Your Product. Once detected choose your OS and find the Intel Video Driver and Control Panel (International link and click on it. On this page, you will see a "revision History" Tab. Click on this and install the oldest version of the driver, reboot and test.
