On a Windows OS you might need to go to go to the "Device Manager" (google it please) and when the device is connected and there is a problem it should show you the device with a yellow mark next to it.
Right click it (make sure it's the one for the mp3 player) and choose 'uninstall'. Disconnect the mp3 player, wait a few seconds and reconnect.
Make sure the computer is connected to the Internet.
Try connecting it to different computers to see if it makes a difference, if not then your mp3 player may have developed a fault.
When you mean "How to open", do you mean How do you open the player on your computer? If that's the case, if you have a Windows based Operating System, you should be able to just to to "My Computer". then once you have connected the mp3 player to the PC, the mp3 player will show up as an extra storage Hard Drive logo on screen. Once that appears you can drag and drop MP3 music files onto the device.
Hope this helps! Remember to give me 4 Thumbs Up for all the hard work to the Community! :D ~~Dayminner
It could be your MP3 player earbuds might need some cleaning or It could be you're not positioning the earbuds properly. Watch this youtube video for some tips - www.youtube.com/watch?v=pluIp1navz8
It could be the MP3 player problem OR it could also be a faulty USB cable. The first step would be to try to connect it to a different computer. If the same problem happens then you may want to try to buy a new cable and try to connect it again (possibly in more than one computer). If the problem persists it seems it is a fault with the MP3 player, and your options would be to send it back (if still under warranty) or, unfortunately, buy a new one.
Formatting is available only while playback is stopped. If the OPR lamp lights red due to low remaining battery power, the player cannot be formatted. All data stored on the player will be erased. The Content Transfer software included with the player will also be deleted. If necessary, download Content Transfer from the customer support web site. The settings of shuffle playback, playlist playback, ZAPPIN playback, and AVLS (volume limit) also return to their defaults.
Follow the steps below to format the Player. 1 Unite the left and right parts to turn off the player. 2 Separate the left and right parts. 3 Press and hold the jog lever for about 15 seconds until the status lamp blinks quickly. Release the jog lever. The OPR lamp lights red. 4 Move the jog lever forward or backward within 30 seconds after the OPR lamp lights red. The status lamp turns off. The OPR lamp lights alternately green and red each time you move the jog lever. 5 Press the jog lever while the OPR lamp lights green. The OPR lamp blinks green quickly and formatting is executed. When the OPR lamp turns off, formatting is complete. If you press the jog lever while the OPR lamp lights red, or if 30 seconds have passed, formatting will be canceled.
