Before you try anything you should check if there is any dirt between the CRT tubes and the lense. First try cleaning them. If that doesn't work you will need to open the back cover. (Be very careful because there are some very high voltages like over 25,000 volts present from the flyback transformer and the CRT's. If you feel comfortable and you know exactly what your doing then there should be two adjustable controls probably on the back of the flyback transformer. One should be the screen voltage control and the other should be the focus control. Whils using a mirror very slowly try to adjust the focus control. It may have a sealed shaft that will need to be broken while you turn that control but don't worry it will free itself with just a small amount of pressure. You must remember what I said about those high voltages and it your not sure about what your doing then you need to call in a qualfied service technician, Good luck, Marty

settings on this model will not become erased, it has a rom memory----try unplugging set and after a while plug it back to see if it reboots.Also a better description of what set is doing or not would help.

I would start 1st by checking all resistors ie.
RK43 2.2 ohm - 2W
RK47 1.5 ohm - 2W
RK51 2.2 ohm - 2W
RK55 1.5 ohm - 2W
RK59 2.2 ohm - 2W
RK63 1.5 ohm - 2W
If I were you I would also replace the convergence chips. From the above thread it's clear that they are of different quality so they may last different lengths of time (B&D is a good place to buy good quality ones).

If you GOOGLE the model number with "problems" or "audio" you will see this set is prone to problems of this kind.All audio is routed via one special circuit board and they had all kinds of soldering problems.Where I work we will not bother to spend 4 hours plus and use expensive soldering station to re-solder all the flat pack chips on the board.Last I heard board no longer available and if someone wants it fixed we remove the board (easy) and send it to PTS Electronics for rebuild.Last time we did that it was about 200 but price may be different now.
