Turn up the volume on your iPhone. Also, try connecting your iPhone or any other media player, e.g. computer, to the AUX IN jack on the speaker and see if the volume is higher for that connection.

Had the same problem if you have barely any sound when wirelessly playing music go to Bluetooth in setting and forget the device then turn the speaker on and off then pair it again Works just fine
