that noise sounds like the focus is trying to see the disc as it has to focus to see or register there's a disc. Maybe the turntable slipped down a little or there's dirt or film on the lens. Good luck

• Sounds like the lens is dirty to me. When the lens is dirty it be comes difficult if not impossible for the disk to be read.

1. Go buy a lens cleaner from Best Buy (or where ever) and put it into your player. These lens cleaners have bristles on them that "sweep" the lens clean.
2. If real dirty you may have to run it through two or three times to get it to read completely right again.
3. Sometimes if real dirty you may have to fool with it a bit just to get the lens to read the cleaning disk.
4. Make sure the disk is the proper format and not scratched too. Disks can be resurfaced at your local video store for just a couple of bucks.
5. Make sure the disk is from your region.

• If you do all of this to no avail then it is possible that your lens has come out of alignment and needs to be put back into position. A lens even 1mm out of alignment can mess up the ability of it to read properly.

Unfortunately, all of these brands are to be avoided if you can afford to ignore the low prices. Equally 'unfortunately' because of the potential recurrence of failures, many places won't accept them for repair and you are generally better off replacing the unit.

IS the disc on a CD-R or CD-RW (burnt disc) some portable players will not support those types of disc's.

It could also be a different region dvd that doesnt match the region codes of the dvd player. There are no known region hacks for your make and model of dvd player.

That might be because :

-Your using a burned DVD
-It's just a piece of shit
-You need new headphones

Try a standard multi voltage charger. These come with a selection of connectors each one of a specific size and color coded. so you pick the connector to fit the input jack then set the charger to the appropriate color to give the correct voltage.

if your Durabrand TV model ON32F6000D offers updates via USB also, Make sure the USB drive is empty and has enough space to accommodate the firmware update file. then Copy the downloaded firmware update file from your computer onto the root directory of the USB flash drive
