I suggest checking the printer setup on your computer to determine if the default is black/white. On my Windows 10 computer, the color printer default can be changed between color and b/w.

You may be able to "manually" change your colour balances settings through the printer settings on your computer. Mite want to check all of the connectors on the board pull each one off check the pins then reseat them each !!!!!!! about 20 also check the board to board connections. ARE you sure you have checked the box on print properties on you computer that says either left binding or top binding have to let the copier know which way to do binding will go so you don't have to flip the paper over to read correctly or it will be upside down on the other side. First Are informing the copier of the proper paper weight ? The paper weight is on the outer wrapping of the paper such as 75 g/m2 or 90 g/m2 etc. did you tell the machine that? Did you select the same weight when you sent the print job over to the machine in your print properties/perferencies ? They have to match! Check the orientation of the paper also ensue they match landscape or portrait? they have to match in the computer also. There can be many reasons for this problem. All of them are connected with paper transport. What model is your printer? Try to find some small pieces of paper inside the printer. Something stops the paper to move correctly!

hI ARE U SURE ABOUT THE ERROR CODE OZ NOTHING ON SERVICEMANUAL ABOUT IT.

First check the alignment front and rear of the finisher, check the finisher exit guide rollers if the paper is exiting properly, open both rear and the front cover and check the lower gears attach is the up/down drive belt. that lower gear one might be broken by the pin slot.Or in case You Still Having Konica Printer Problem Then Follow Us For On: Konica Printer Support

this is an easy fix, have you had your fuser replaced recently?? if so then it needs reseated or just do a trouble reset. ask me if you need help with that

what rollers are you refering too?? you cant clean the image units. they need to be replaced
