Intex Salt Water Saltwater System Chlorine Chlorinator Questions & Answers
How do an intex pump to a non intex pool?
this question has come up before too me , what i respond with is it to be perminate or temporary ? , the reason i ask if its to be perminate then i suggest purchasing the correct filter for the pool, but on temporary situation (to just finish out season) then yes even though the pipe sizes are different , the use of std plumbing home DWV rubber soft connections available at any good hardware/homecenter would work , but heres the temporary part of it , saltwater pool water degrades the rubber making it brittle , but will last a month or so
Does this intex 8110 circuit board like fine?
you should never just cross the connections on any electronic device , this will cause tiny mircoscopic traces to open most offten inside a mounted device due to high current flow in wrong direction, But no the photo you provided dosnt look abnormal too me , the brown stuff is just flux a byproduct of the mfg process , the black line looks like a pen mark to me , the biggest problem i have with any of the salt filters are the salt sensors in pipe going bad giving a low/no salt alarm
How to bypass a flow sensor?
im not sure why you would want to bypass the flow sensor , do you understand what it's purpose is?
anyways the tech side of a flow sensor is a little paddle wheel thats semi metalic plastic (dark) this brushes by a magnetic switch that a computer "counts" the switch open/closes as the wheel turns , faster the flow faster the wheel turns faster the counter counts , to by pass this you have to trick the counter to count up by a different means say like a drill chuck "it's metal" holding it close enough for the magnetic switch to "SEE" while turning is the trick
Pump hums but won't run
awwhhh it sounds as if you stored your pump dry all winter long ill bet, well ya just cant do that after it pumps salt water all summer , salt has crusted up inside pump and valves , try a hot water dose (not on motor) that might get it going again (repeat several times)
otherwise your gonna need to take it all apart clean in hot water and grease all up with foodgrade waterproof grease (see kitchen faucet parts section of hardware store)
on a salt water pool you have to store your filter and pump filled/capped with RV antifreeze (foodgrade) any good rv store sells it salt wont crust up inside then
Why does my low salt light stays on
might be a sensor failure id try giving it a high dose of salt water direct to the intake of system (not the entire pool)
see if light temp goes out , then ya know sensor thinks you dont have enough salt in pool
Weed trimmer (2 wheeled) screeches.
All questions need full 'make model (what is is)' as first 3 words please. Very often, issues like this are a known fault and users tell the fix.
You need to track down where the screech is coming from?
Wheels
Drive Belt
Bearings
Piston rings
Or it may be battery operated?

I've a 5 litre garden pressure sprayer and it's not functioning properly. It is pumping pressure but then it's leaking it all out at top of the green handle.
Here are some steps you can follow:
Check the Seals and O-Rings:
Release the pressure: Make sure there's no pressure in the cylinder by releasing the pressure release valve.
Unscrew the pump: Remove the pump to access the internal components.
Inspect the seals and O-rings:
Look for any damaged or worn-out rubber seals.
Check the rubber seal at the bottom of the tube (where the plunger sits) and ensure it's in place.
Examine the one-way valve (usually at the bottom of the tube) and clean it. Lubricate it with silicone grease.
Lubricate the rubber washer on the plunger with silicone grease and reassemble it in the tube.
Reassemble the pump: Put the plunger back into the tube and lock it with the handle.
Test the sprayer: Pump it up and check if it maintains pressure without leaking.
Inspect the Handle and Hose:
Handle connection: Ensure the handle is securely attached to the cylinder.
Hose inspection: Check the hose for kinks, twists, or blockages. Straighten out any kinks and remove debris that might be blocking the hose.
Check the Nozzle and Wand:
Nozzle adjustment: Adjust the nozzle to the desired spray pattern.
Wand inspection: Examine the spray wand for clogs or obstructions.
Lubricate O-Rings and Seals:
Apply silicone grease to the O-rings, seals, and other moving parts to ensure smooth operation.
Test the Sprayer:
Fill the cylinder to the desired level (avoid exceeding the maximum fill mark).
Screw down the pump firmly to create an airtight seal.
Manually operate the pressure release valve to ensure it's working.

What is the transportation ring on a huskvarna chain saw
The transportation ring on a Husqvarna chainsaw is a small metal ring that is sometimes fitted onto one of the bolts when the saw is new. Its purpose is to prevent the chain from rotating during transportation or storage. If your chainsaw has this ring, you should remove it before using the saw. Keep it in a safe place so you can use it again if needed. If you're looking for more information about Husqvarna chainsaws, you can refer to the operator's manual for detailed instructions.
