Hampton Technologies Brinks Timer - Answered Questions & Fixed issues

On the 42-1025 timer face, turn the dial so the correct time is lined up with the arrow. Pull tabs up when you want the timer off, leave tabs down when you want the timer on. You can have multiple on-off cycles. In the attached photo the current time is 10am, and the timer is set to come on at 4:30am and go off at 7:30pm.

The Brinks 42-1009 EZ Vacation Timer is preset with 7 full days. You cannot choose when it goes on and off. To set, spin the dial (clockwise only) until the arrow in the upper right of the center face is near the current day and time. Plug everything in and switch the upper tab to the right. On certain days, it will turn on in the early morning as well as evening or late night. You cannot choose when to turn the light off. However, if you are home, you can turn the light on by switching the upper tab to the left. Remember to switch it back to the right in order to activate the timed on/off periods.

The way to set it is two-fold:1. pull out the tabs for the times you do not want the light (or other) to be on. The tabs that are left in will be powered.2. Set the time of day by turning the know to the indicator arrow.
