Manual Pro Chef PU 100 I have received the hot water boiler, but it does not stop boiling the water. Instead of going to "Keep Warm", the machine continues to boil the water indefinitely. We left the boiler on and came back after 2 hours, and it didn't stop heating the water. Therefore, I refilled the boiled, turned off the machine, unplugged it, plugged it back in, and then turned it back on. The water continues to boil without going to "Keep Warm". I require a solution to the issue or a replacement as soon as possible.

The pump on the top cover does not come up. I have the Le Chef Ag5300 hot water pot. How do I fix this? Thank you!

pro chef electric water pot is defective. I bought 2 & both had pumps that stopped working. A friend has the same problem. Best way to fix the problem is not to buy this piece of junk!

I do not believe it is the control board. I suspect an electric shortage, did your electricity recently go out?

I bought the same horrible, cheap, dishonest unit. They disingenuously say to rinse and boil once. I've boiled the water at least twelve or thirteen times. They also brag it doesn't need immersion (not because such units don't require immersion since that will damage the unit and they don't need immersion) but because of their superior spirituality. Let them answer for dishonesty in 120 years.

You can find replacement cords for many counter top appliances at most appliance and building supply stores. Try Ace, Home Depot, Lowes. Take the pot with you to make sure you are getting the correct cord.
