Check and replace damaged component/s at its back-light inverter board, or replace this board as card basis. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Surf the site with patience. Pull up older posts. It will be best to replace the inverter board as card basis.

To some model sets; especially LED back-lighted types; the back-light inverter circuit will be part of the main power supply board [SMPS]. In such cases, the power supply board might need replacement. To some models sets, the back-light inverter and SMPS section circuit will be integrated at its main board itself. If so; the main board should be replaced. To some models of sets, all these section circuit will be integrated at its main board. If this is the case, you have to replace the main board.
MY 46" VISIO TV IS BLURY AND HAS LINES ON HALF OF
try cleaning the conectors on the back of the screen driver board. also check the board you may have a dry joint on one or to of the components and when the tv warms up it is conecting back to them so the screen come back on full.
Vizio makes loud static noise, picture goes fuzzy.
You should check your home wiring and grounding. Also be aware of anything that has recently been turned on when this happens. Anyone using a microvwave, cell phone, or other appliance that might be causing the interference.
Vizio plasma tv turned off..won;t turn back on
This sounds like the main power board went bad. If this is still under warranty, contact 1-877-MYVIZIO and they will have it repaired for you. if not, let me know and I will guide you to the right part.
I also have a Vizio 32" and I was having problems

My 50" Vizio plasma tv has no power.
Mine did a similar thing (VP322), I would go to turn it back on after it having been off for a while, and it would turn on, then off, then on... Over time it would cycle on and off even longer... Eventually it stopped working, would not turn on and made a clicking sound.
Mine was past it's warrenty, so I opened it up and inspected the switchmode power supply board (where AC connects, and two voltage ribbon cables going to screen circuit and main circuit). On the side going to the main circuit board I noticed that five electrolytic capacitors were bulging at the top (a clear sign of overheating) and when this happens, their values (in farads) tends to drop, which can cause voltage instibilities.
The capacitor values were:
2 x 25V 1000 uF
2 x 10V 3300 uF
1 x 10V 1000 uF
I replaced them with spares and reassembled the unit, and it now works.
Hope that helps!
My problem is at first when you turn it on it

Hi
Thanks
for using FixYa. A plasma TV is a very hard working device. It is
working harder than any TV that has been built before, and as a result it
produces a lot of heat. 75% of technical problems in plasma TV's are caused by
overheating problems. You’ll need to check the power supply board first for any
swollen/bulged capacitors. As power supply board is the hardest working board
in a plasma TV, it develops voltage to supply all components, high current +
high voltage. All this is only recommended if you have electrical expertise
& know how to solder/re-solder components as these units contain high
voltages even when switched off. Please do accept the solution if the issue is resolved or
else revert for further assistance.
Thanks

Turns on and off by itself? what is causing this!
It seems that your unit has some sort of Video side, PSU fault, or a problem to the Video section that is shutting down the Power Supply Unit, PSU. This happens so that no further damage, and possible fire will occur.
You need to take the unit to a reputable service centre/man and ask for a firm "Quote" for the work to be done.

picture, fires the gas, and many others functions. When either of these boards goes
bad common problems include negative image, no image, vertical or horizontal
stripes on picture, turns on and than turns off, and many more. You’ll need to
