I have temporarily fixed this issue by directing a fan at the intake vent on the side of the projector. it's gotta be the intake vent and not the exhaust.

Almost certainly a faulty switch mode power supply. Since these are both complicated and dangerous for the inexperienced to play with, the best advice will be to take it to a service centre for repair. It's almost certain to be either failing electrolytic capacitors, or a high value startup resistor, or both, in the smps :o)

the DMD is good , the Projector will still start up,even if the DMD is defective. the lamp ballast or the mother board is defective

It is ok that it ask for confirmation whether you want to turn it off or not as to protect the hardware firmware installed on Projector may be get corrupted if you turn off suddenly.

Usually colour problems like this are due to one of two things:1. poor connection at either end of the cable, or2. a damaged connecting cable between projector and computer.Check these first before getting the projector to a technician.

I recommend you connect the audio portion directly from the source like the DVD or Blu Ray disc player. Projectors are only designed for projecting a video to a screen and most of them does not have an audio connection. Which means no power amplifier to drive the speakers. Speakers has to be connected to a receiver or a power amplifier.
Speakers that have red and white inputs but have no external amplifier must have internal amplifiers. This means that the speakers need a power cord so that they are operate. Find the power cord and your problem is solved.
