just use the bluetooth for now and try and change the data cable maybe its faulty

Mobile Internet settings must be installed on your phone in order to browse the Internet.
To install Internet settings: 1.Call your service provider and ask for the internet settings. 2.They will send the internet settings as a message. 3.Select Yes to the message. You'll be redirected to Settings download. 4.Select Continue to download the missing settings.
Now restart your phone and go to the browser. You can now access the internet.

Contact your internet provider and ask them to send you the settings you need, if phone is unlocked contact sim provider for settings . Hope that this be of help.

The conversation style for SMS is unfortunately not available in the OS version used in W595. This feature is first available in the later versions of the OS which you will find in later phones.

There is no future plans for changing this in the OS version used in W595.

Flex problem

Hi,black screen on phones are usually caused by the flex of the phone.

The flex of the phone is located inside the phone, it controls the functions of the screen an also the keypads of the phone.

The flex is a thread like object that is located inside the phone. To see the flex, you will need to disassemble the phone to get to the flex of the phone.

After replacing the phone flex, your done.

Also it might be the screen of the phone. But in other to know if it's the screen, you will need to test a new flex.

You can get a replacement flex from any of the phone repair stores around you.

you should charge your phone first without battary and than insert that. And chare upto 6 hour . And now turn on your phone it will be on

Check ur msg centre no. z correct or not

Problem with your battery replace it ASAP.

Check the service centre number in message settings and verify the same with your operator.
