Its likely a poor connection somewhere--either soldering or a loose cable--could be a circuit problem also.The real question is if a 22 inch set is worth a shop repair or not--generally I would think it will not be worth fixing in most cases.

Hello!My previous encounters with this "brand" showed, that most problems with those panels caused by main signal board. Looks, like tuner is at fault, but you won't be able to find it or replace it. better way: check "shopjimmy.com" for available boards for your set. Enter the model# and they will list those. Better, of course, to open the TV and look up ## on the main board. that will assure you get the right one. It's not that complicated to replace the board, compare to trying to repair the one. Contact DYNEX for assistance (Mexico) Be patient...(siesta time...) They will talk you thru a RESET !! (I hope...)

Power supply caps or backlight inverter! Common issues with LCD flat screens for some reason.

Is it wall mounted? If not then you can just hold the hand steady and turn the screen around.

There is no settings to get the display fond size to be changed. Therefore the fond size now is will be the same. OK.

Tv have a dead long board call the LCD inverter board.This long LCD inverter board,help to get a backlight to the LCD screen panel,to produced a picture.Tv only 3 months old,take ur warrenty repair,call the Dynex corp. for warrenty repair.

FIRST, you must check ALL antenna connection, and if possible, try another "Known Good" antenna system. If it proves that the antenna system is all OK, then I fear your Tuner, has failed, this is a common event, that I get from time to time at my shop. Usually, it is a straight forward job and the cost would be about $250 - $350, depending exactly what is going on. However it would be best to get a "Quote" first, before proceeding, as this may only be a symptom, of a larger underlying problem, that may indeed cost much more.

It is 2010 model, you can return or exchange it.
