Xerox 7328 not printing in color
Ensure that you are intalling the correct print driver, www.xerox.com, support section.Also check to make sure that the colour option in the printing preference is not set to Black and white or grayscale.Also ensure that you dont have any accounting option set to black and white only.
I cannot use cover pages with my workcentre Xerox
update your print driver to latest version and make sure you select Win 7 (32 or 64 bit) as OS if not already selected. once loaded, rt-click on printer, select Print Prefs, goto Advanced Tab, expand Paper selection and Enable Banner Page.

There are many possible causes. You'll have to do a bit of detective
work to find your particular problem. Depending on whether your streaks
are black or paper, you're either getting unwanted toner, or the
printing process is being interrupted.
* The photosensitive drum can get a mark or a spot or even a
damaged area. This usually presents as a regular area which repeats,
going down the print, rather than a streak It may be possible to clean
the drum with a soft tissue -- perhaps with the addition of a little
Isopropyl alcohol. If you have a replacement drum, try that. In most
cases the drum is part of the cartridge, but not always.
* Loose toner in the system. If your drum is leaking, or you've
spilled some toner inside the printer (perhaps after shaking the
cartridge to get more life out of it) the excess toner may cling to the
paper in streaks and get fused onto it. The cure is a good vacuum clean
of the insides.
* Sometimes a small corner of a sheet of paper (or similar) can get
caught in the workings of the printer, This can obscure part of the
optical (especially with LED printers) and cause a blank streak in the
printing. Dust and toner on the LED head can cause similar problems and
fuzzy printing. Tissue and alcohol again!
XEROX WORKCENTRE 7328 IS RUNNING
Are you printing to the printer using the Xerox Global Print Driver PCL6? If so, this will be the cause of your problem. Earlier versions of the driver werent as bad when processing PDF documents. I would suggest that you download the Workcentre 7328 PCL6 driver and try that - the problem should clear.

I keep gettin a error 004-346 but the belt is fine
im not familiar with this type of error you might just try the to troubleshoot the problem until you no exactly what has caused the problem you cant fix
click start control panel administrive tools computer management then select event viewer depending on what operating sytem you have this may vary
extend the events there you will see errors in red you will no what exactly what the error was and at what time it occured you might have to uninstall then reinstall the program and its files
you could run the check disk utility
click start run type cmd then type chkdsk/r/f which will scan for and attempt to repair any bad sectors and automatically fix any corrupt files on your hard drive then defragment your hard drive or
control panel administrive tools,computer management ,disk management right click on your drive select properties click tools you should see click check now click start two boxes automatically fix files and scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors place then a tick in both boxes then select check now,start should schedule this task when restart

I cannot use the Hostname on scan to pc, but the
first conform u r ip address. Stars-run-cmd-ipconfig-10.02.04.49, like this.
tray to login Scaner with same login,Chaqe both the ip address.if both r Same find Host name it automatically show. one more think u r is in network than is show host name in scaner.

Fault Code 062-393: Scanner Control Board Failure. Power off. wait 1 minute. power on. if still broke call for service - 1-800-821-2797.

This is a document scanner problem, probably a bad circuit board. (This PN may be 960K00442 but that needs to be verified in your unit)
Short of that, you could reinstall the "IIT software".
A technician could reseat the EEPROM on the IIT board which controls the document scanner. He should also reseat the scanner bar and cables underneath the glass.
