Download an app called Wifi Analyzer (by farproc). It shows the Wi-Fi channels around you and helps you to find a less crowded channel for your wireless router. If there are a number of users with channels near your one, simply switch (using your desktop or laptop) and find a less-crowded channel. Your manual should show you how to do this. This is from the 615 manual: To reset the router, locate the reset button (hole) on the rear panel of the unit. With the router powered on, use a paperclip to hold the button down for 10 seconds. Release the button and the router will go through its reboot process. Wait about 30 seconds to access the router. The default IP address is 192.168.0.1.
