Stop playing my newer blue
I'm sorry for the difficulties you're experiencing in playing the new blu-ray discs. I understand that the player is updated with latest available firmware update. Hence it should playback the new discs. However, few new discs may require a future update to playback new discs as the Blu-ray technology is
developing everyday and adding more and more features to the existing
technology. It may take a few days to release the new firmware update based on the compatibility issues. However, I suggest that you try playing the same discs on a different player to confirm it is not an issue with the particular disc. You may also get a replacement for the disc from the place of purchase as a possible troubleshooting step.
Please try the above steps and let me know the result.
Thanks for understanding.
