Sounds like your bobbin winder switch mechanism is faulty. Take it in for repair.

it could be the way the bobbin is wound try turning the bobbin the opposite way in the bobbin casetry a different bobbin that one could be warpedthere could be something wrong with the bobbin case itselfor even the hook and the hook race may need to be checkedto see if there is something wrong with them.

it sounds like it's an electrical problem or fuse. you can check withbrother customer service to see if the sewing machine has a hiddenfuse.

Pull the plastic bobbin shuttle out and look for a small screw tighten that. Are you sure you need to do this? Most tension issues can be handled with upper tension.

Check the hook for burrs, nicks or rough spots.If you find any, they need to be removed with a sharpening stone or emery stick. Buff it with a fine emery cloth until it is smooth .
Check the needle. The long grove goes to the left.

check with a brother dealer about a walking foot

try rethread the machine top & bobbinchange the needleclean under the needle plate & in the bobbin area for lint & loosethreads

Check on-line for that make and model...you might be able to either order one or download a copy directly from the company themselves...that's how I got mine for my Janome and how I was able to fix my machine myself by getting the instructions to do a reset and save myself a couple of hundres dollars

Extra needles came in the accessory bag. Just unscrew the screw above the presser foot, remove the old needle and put in a new one. These are common sewing machine needles,but the LS2125 will also handle dual needles. There are numerous videos online that show how to do this.

If in the uk, any high street sewing shop that sells brother machines will help you, otherwise, check the local yellow pages for sewing machine suppliers and spares.

Are you sure that you don't have it set for the buttonhole stitch? Look at your manual and try the different stitches and threading. Good luck
