F05 error, speed sensor. I fixed successfully 2 of those. Speed sensor is located on a small board, under a protective plastic, located over the main front board. Remove front panel and bobin winder assembly. Remove the 2 screws of the small board. Remve CAREFULLY the small bord. Under, on the main shaft, are located the needle positionning sensors and the wheel of the speed sensor (left wheel on the shaft). The speed sensor is located on the board itself, it's very small. Clean carefully both the wheel and the sensor with Q-Tips and alchool, reassemble the whole thing and it should restart.While U are there, take a thin nozzle oiler and lubrificate all the suppots of upper and lower shaft, all the needle bar mechanism and rotary hook central shaft and gears WITH VERY THICK oil. Needle bas assembly is the most critical point. I have 14 of those machines, almost all of those seized there before I learn how to lubrificate it. You may have downloaded the wrong format for your machine

You can use a larger hoop or it may be the design itself. Check who you bought it from, they may have made a mistake when they digitized it.

If the tread keeps breaking could be it's old thread, need new needle or needle and thread not the right combo for material. Or yiur tension is too tight. not sure about the brush falling off. Up to you to try sewing.

You need to figure out exactly what is causing the brown spots. If it is, in fact, old oil, you may want to moisten a soft piece of fabric with rubbing alcohol and clean the presser foot bar and needle bar as the oil could be running down and staining the fabric.

Probably a computer component is failing.

Always make sure the hand wheel is at the exact top. Have you replaced the need recently? If it's bent, then the threader will not work. If the needle is loose or not all the way to the top in the holder, it will also cause the threader to not work.

It would probably be best to just buy a new bobbin case for your machine. There are some very intricate settings for a bobbin case to work and unless you have the technical expertise and tools, it most likely will not perform satisfactorily. (FWIW, many sewists, me included, have more than one bobbin case for a machine because each is set up for different weights of bobbin thread. For the most part, they are not that expensive.) ...

Hey Diane, THis is a guess but try deleteing some designs off of the machine's memory. I have a feeling it's small memory is full and can't accept or read any more designs until some room is made. Cheers, Kelly San Diego, CA Embroidery Services

try changing the needle again, sometimes even new needle can be damaged also check for burrs around the needle plate

Shelia, when sewing these parts of the design, (small stitches? ) load your bobbin with the same top thread. Just match the top thread color, and done! No more white bobbin thread in the topside of your designs. Cheers, Kelly Embroidery Services San Diego, CA
