If your compressor is not running you would first check the start relay in the unit with a multimeter shown here in this diagram http://www.repairclinic.com/PartDetail/Start-Relay/WR07X10084/1091640 remove the relay from the compressor and inspect it thoroughly. If you shake the relay lightly if you hear a rattling sound inside this is one way to assure the relay is defective. If there are any electrical burns on the relay as well is also a sign of a defective relay. Here also is a video on how to check the relay as well click here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9kK9cJtgCXoIf you have any further questions or the relay tests good message me back for further diagnosis. I await your replyThank you,Rick
Jim, Pc Er is a Communication circuit failure on main board or
Communication circuit failure on control panel board
Could be a loose or corroded connection, a bad mother board or a bad display board. Before doing anything, unplug the refrigerator for 5 min and plug it back in. This may reset the motherboard. If not, check the comm cable at the display and the motherboard. if ok, then you will need to replace either the motherboard or the display board. There is no way of determining which one to replace.
Hi, wow a long way from the U.S., Ca. lol. This sounds as though you are having a drain problem and the condensation is building up and running out onto floor. I would remove all drawers in the area that you suspect the water to be, and see if you can locate a drain on this unit. I haven't pulled up any drawings of this model, but It is sure to have a condensation drain on it. When you find it, use what ever means you may have to clear it. A tank of compressed air would work, but most people don't have one around. Something to blow through it with enough pressure to clear it. Maybe even a small container off hot water poured into it could free what ever is in it. This is where you need to start anyway. I will check in with you later as I have service calls to make. You can let me know what you may have found then. Good Luck Mate, and keep me posted. Sincerely, Shastalaker7
Hi,
You are looking for the water source, two possible places to look. Look around the water filter and the glass shelves for water, also check the water tank behind the crispers, as I have seen them crack in the past. Good luck, hit me up if you need more information. There is more than one fan on your refrigerator I think you mean that the bearings and not the bushings are bad which could be true just have to figure out which fan it is.
