How do I pick up
You need to call in to your phone wait for the answering machine to pick up and press # then input the pin you programmed into the phone. Go into the setup menu for the phone to program your pin.

When you install a new battery, you need to place the phone (each one) in the base so it can sync up to the base stations radio signal.
Have you tried placing a phone in the base so it can sync up?
