Reliance & 40 Gal Mobile Home Water Heater Questions & Answers
Where is Temp. Control located on the Water Heater??????
If it's gas the control usually is at the bottom of the tank where the gas line comes in.
If it's electric there should be a little trap door either at the top or bottom and the heat control is behind that door. The door is usually held in place with a screw There is a little dial with numbers you can turn up or down. There are electrical wires that you should not touch as well.

What is the puk code
A
request for a PUK code ("Personal Unlocking Key") will appear on your
phone if your SIM card PIN code is entered 3 consecutive times
incorrectly.
Your SIM card will then become
"PUKed" or Blocked. This is a security measure to protect your service.
You
need to call the Customer Service department of your cell phone
provider and they will give you the PUK code which will unblock your SIM
card.
How can i get PUK
You posted under Reliance water heaters, so question comes to hardware section.
Re-post question under cell phones.
High operating cost. Element has 1/2 inch hard
I think your problem is the buildup, which would cause your elements to work much harder trying to heat the water - especially if you have well water as opposed to chlorinated city water, although city water still has calcium, etc. in it.. Add a whole house filter to your water line where it comes into your dwelling - there are a myriad of elements available at varying microns to catch the calcium
and other contaminants. These filters normally need changed every 3 months - I would check your after a month to see what it is catching. These whole house filter systems are not expensive - check out your local hardware or plumbing store, I'm sure they can guide you to the proper set up ( after you verify what they say through some online research) . Better safe than sorry !!
p.s.there should be 2 elements in your water heater - 1 above and 1 below, so after you've installed your filter change both elements - I'm sure you'll find they last a lot longer!! Also - before you cut off water to your home for the install, fill up a clean 5 gallon bucket and RINSE the filter element , then turn off the water supply to your water heater to prevent a loss of prime and water hammer to the pipes.
Waht is the PUK code for reliance mobile sim
PUKs, or personal unblocking keys, are used to unblock a mobile phone which becomes blocked. Mobile phones may become blocked when a PIN (personal identification number) is entered incorrectly on three consecutive occasions. In some instances, the phone may become blocked, which requires a PUK to unblock it, and in other instances, the SIM (Subscriber Identity Module) card itself becomes blocked and again will require a PUK to unblock it.Mobile phones are also blocked when they are reported stolen and if there is an outstanding payment on the account. It is important to differentiate between unblocking phones (using a PUK) and unlocking mobile phones (using another type of code). NOTE: It is a criminal offence for anyone to attempt to unblock a mobile phone, other than the network provider who put the block on the phone. If your phone has become blocked by mistake, for example you have entered the PIN incorrectly on three consecutive occasions, then you need to contact the mobile phone network operator with your details. To explain a little more, specific to your mobile phone network, You need to go to your Service providers, web site & navigate your way to the specific PUK details for your mobile phone network operator. Usually you have to Register your phone to get a PUK code.
Water is warm
Warm water is a result of and element gone out and more than likely top element is gone out. Best thing is to replace both element's because they are not exspensive and if you replace just one it will work the other one harder and eventually go out.
Just a little information if the bottom element goes out it will give you a burst of real hot water then get cold. If top element goes out it will give you warm water then get cold.
I want to find out who's number is this
934 is not an area code that is in service. If you are getting a caller ID with that area code you will need to talk to your phone provider to find out why.
No hot water
You may have 2 elements. Make sure both circuit breakers are on.If the heater is old it may be plugged up with sediment. Flush out via valve on bottom. If no water comes out or it is very rusty keep running till clear. If it does not help probably time for a new heater.
CARVER CASCADE 2
Hello .. when an electric water heater only gets warm, it is usually the thermostats. I would replace the thermostats, make notes where the wires are connected .. make sure after replacing that the back of the thermostat is flat against the metal of the tank.
Please Vote !!
Carver cascade 2 No water at all comes out of the
Check the tank drain valve for water there. If you get a good water flow there you know the tank is getting water pressure.Check the first outlet downline from WH and if there is no water there you have a blockage or other problem. If you have to turn off water to tank, remove the outlet pipe ,and check for water flow from tank with in valve on.If no flow, tank is plugged up.
Hope this gets you going.
No stop tap. cold water coming through cold taps
your pipes are clogged, what if you were to not turn on the cold and turn on the hot does any water come out at all, with just the hot side turned on,, if not there could be a valve that has been turned off, or the pipes are clogged
No water coming out of carver cascade water heater
is the cold side hooked to the cold side if not you will be feeding the unit backwars making it to where the cold is just comming across the top of the tank, check the dip tube also, this makes the cold water go to the bottom and push the hot out of its outlet,, how many faucets are involved, if just one might want to check the cartridge to make sure it is working properly
Are all 25VS FV sensors equivalent?
I personally wouldn't replace a safety device (placed there by lawyers, lawsuits and the all knowing government) with anything other than OEM. While it's very likely that one manufacturers flammable vapor sensor may interchange on another brand of tank, I think it's highly unlikely that EVERY manufacturers sensor will work on every other brand of tank
