Try taking the float bowl off and clean out the orfus. It will eather be in the nut holding the bowl on or in the end (sides) of the pickup tub the nut scews on.

Check to see you have voltage getting to the module and you are getting spark. If you are getting voltage to the module but no spark it means either the module is bad or the coil is open. You can check the coil windings with an ohm meter... no continuity means the winding are burnt. Dead short means the windings have fused to the core. Next test is to try another module.

unbolt wheel or re move hub cap or a nut cover pull of the retaining clip remove wheel reinstall in revers with new wheel retainig clip if bolt just tighten up

hard starting on small four stroke engines is often related to valve clearances closing up due to normal wear. Its not a hard job if your a mechanically inclined. Few small tools, feeler gauge and new gasket for the valve cover. maybe a 30-40 min job .....many youtube videos.

Usually just replacing the drive wheel will fix the problem. There are two allen head set screws on the disc mounted on the engine shaft visable through the hole in the rear of the mower. However, don't expect when you loosen them that the disc will move up or down freely. I've only ever move one by taking the engine off. I'd try replacing the rubber drive wheel first.

you need the model number on the tiller should be a tag on it somewhere and sometimes the serial number as well to get the right size

the electric clutch is bad its over heating, have to replace the electric pto clutch!
