Verify that you are using oem Xerox toner cartridge. If you're using an Oem Xerox cartridge and still getting this error it could also be the Crum Board, part number 140N63302.

That error indicates an incompatible toner cartridge for that model. Verify you are using oem Xerox toner.

Sounds like an issue with the hard drive. Try disconnect the hard drive and boot up the machine, see if the message is gone. Then put back in the hard drive and reboot. If message persists you can try a memory clear in diagnostics, but it erases some settings. If problem still there replace hard drive.

Hi Anonymous / Kenneth, I assume you must have this problem sorted by now. ( 2012.) Perhaps there's a firmware up grade you could look into? Perhaps you must have to check this problem with your Xerox Concessionaire. Good luck.

All I can add to your question is from my experience. Make sure you have the recommended labels installed. The fuser can cause jams when not using the correct recommended stock. Very old labels tend to ooze a small amount of glue along the edges and can get stuck to the inside. Print as you would do on paper, perhaps try printing on some white 80 GSM stock and hold them up to the light to check alignment. Good luck.

Hi Anonymous, I suspect your printer is quite new. I think your Fuser unit to be at fault. You need to order a new spare fuser unit from Xerox or investigate further. Good Luck.

Tebogo, This sounds like a power supply problem to me. I would get in touch with Xerox concessionaires as soon as you can it could be a faulty power supply or one which needs upgrading perhaps. If it's not too old then I'm sure theres a fix. Good luck.

UI PWB is bad

Are you receiving an error message 01-100 Cover Open message? The interlock could be dislodged or the tab that actuates it could be broken off the front cover assembly. You need to examine those areas and if either of those are the cause, replacement of those parts should repair it.

Does it pull the papers in at all? Do the rollers turn? Is there a jam code?

On the right side of your paper tray, where the "Transperancy/Paper" selector is, if you look, there should be a plug covering one of the two holes above the switch. This error is typically caused by this plug breaking out. Regards.
