Hi Lflaher If you can't see any screws then the machine uses snap fasteners. Until you see one of the clips & their spacing it's hard to figure out. Use a thin clean paint scraper or credit card type tool to lift & pry one of the plastic panels until you see or feel or hear the plastic clip pop. After the first one the task becomes easier. Take photos as you go for use on re assembly. Check YouTube for same brand The stuff we go through for a good coffee.... Good Luck

Machine is not getting water.

I've done a couple of these and it can be tricky to get the lower piston the correct height when reassembling it. Did you make sure that the entire brew group would fully cycle (the white gear travels from to to bottom) without binding before reinstalling it? It seems to me that the piston has to mesh with the gears in JUST the right configuration so that it will come to the top of its travel without biding on the housing or being to low in the chamber when it goes through the ejection phase (dumping the grounds). I don't have a fool proof method to do this other than trial and error. I'd go back and take apart the group again and make sure the lower piston is aligned correctly and that it doesn't bind when you screw the gear all the way up and down. Good luck!!!

Did it work before this?
Sometimes hard water can build up and cause blockages.
Try mixing hot water and white vinegar (50/50 mix) and try running it through the machine. If this works, run it through a few more times than run cold water through a couple times to get rid of the vinegar.
