We just installed our new In2ition by Delta. The shower head itself does not leak, but the hose attached to the hand held part of the unit leaks, and leaks lots. Is there something we can do, besides returning the product to Home Depot? We are really disappointed and don't understand what could be wrong!
you must be missing a washer or gasket that goes in the hose end, of the hose try teflon tape, this is all your plumber is going to do.

The water is hot and is accessible from other faucets. Faucet is approx 2 years old.
Single handle faucet...turning all the way hot stops the flow of water. The closer to cold I get, the more the water flows.
Recommendations?
Thanks
change the cartridge it is bad or defective.

I have pull out and push in faucets and they are hard to pull on and push off. They are over 20 yeas old.
Thanks for any help.
YOU ARE LUCKY, OLD FAUCETS ARE LIKE CLASSIC CARS, INDESTRUCTIBLE. YOUR INNER CARTRIDGE NEEDS TO BE REPLACED OR CLEANED. IN MY EXPERIENCE IF YOU'RE GOING TO GO THROUGH THE TROUBLE TO CLEAN IT YOU MIGHT AS WELL REPLACE IT, BECAUSE MORE TIMES THAN NOT AFTER YOU CLEAN IT, IT WILL START LEAKING. START BY TURNING OFF YOUR WATER AT THE METER, TURN THE FAUCET ON TO BLEED ANY PRESSURE AND VERIFY THAT THE WATER IS OFF. IF THIS IS THE CRYSTAL HANDLE DELTA I AM THINKING OF FOLLOW THESE STEPS: 1. REMOVE THE PLASTIC COVER PLATE IN THE CENTER OF THE HANDLE WITH A FLAT SCREWDRIVER. 2. REMOVE THE SCREW BENEATH THE BEFORE MENTIONED COVER. 3. REMOVE THE HANDLE. 4. REMOVE THE NUT BELOW THE BEFORE MENTIONED HANDLE. 5. REMOVE THE CARTRIDGE, SEATS, STEM AND REPLACE OR CLEAN. 6.FOLLOW THE BEFORE MENTIONED INSTRUCTIONS IN REVERSE MAKING SURE ALL SLOTS AND GROOVES LINE UP. TURN THE WATER BACK ON AND TURN ALL FAUCETS ON TO BLEED ANY AIR IN THE LINES.... GOOD LUCK

I just installed a Glacier Bay single-handled faucet for my shower. The markings show it starting with cold and rotating counter-clockwise to hot...only they are reversed. I rotated the cartridge 180 degrees and it still does the same thing. I am so confused. Please help! Thank you.
Behind the handle check to see if it has a dail to take out and replace at a different postion this will change the hot and cold. It a anti scald protection device. Don't remove cartridge just adjust dail.
Mark where you start and take out and move a 1/8-1/4 turn at a time and replace til temp desired. It has teeth like a gear you move to adjust temp.

How do you remove the temperature knob and cover from a delta shower faucet, model 1824 (Monitor 18 series)?
http://www.deltafaucet.com/customersupport/documentation/1824-74.html?document=pd&documentIndex=0 The very center piece of the temperature setter pops off with a screw driver. Remove the screw underneath it and everything else to the handle comes off. Firmly grab decorative sleev behind handle and pull. Firmly grab round brass collar and turn counterclockwise. carefull pry cartridge from brass body.

Can a RP19804 be used to replace RP46074?
Hello,
They are not interchangeable as the two plastic tubes at the wall end with the O-rings are of different length and width. Compare here:

How do you remove a shower faucet faceplate that does not have a screw. No idea who the manufacturer is.
remove the handle,, there should be a small hex head that you need to remove, once thats done, the flange right behind the handle can be unscrewed which holds up the faceplate ( some flanges cover screws to do this, others Just unscrew since your not sure of the model,, thats a good start to your problem

shower handle only turns half way on. Stops in the middle - used to go all the way over.
The stop on your handle has moved remove handle and you should find the pre set screw that acts as the stop it is there so you do not get scalded but some times they move and need to be readjusted

adjust anti-scald delta B114900
Adjusting the anti scald is pretty simple on this device. Attached is a photo of breakdown for this. Basically, unscrew the labeled part to access a very small black rubber gasket. Remove the black gasket to gain access to the anti scald part. You have have to use needle nose pliers to remove the black gasket but it does come off. Once you have this part off, you will see the two parts (with teeth like a wheel) that will adjust the hot water levels. Remove the part on top and turn the little "handle" clockwise towards "3'oclock" to make the water hotter. The part itself will not allow you to go past "3 oclock" for safety reasons.
