check your fuel filter for or fuel lines for kinks, you may also check the grade of fuel

sounds like you definitely have carb issues . got a quick cheap fix first just so you wont have to spend a lot of extra money and time..purchase some SeaFoam from Autozone pour 1/3 can into two gallons on gas and if you havent changed the fuel filter in a long time just drain it out, spray clean it up, and fill it up with some Seafoam. start it and get on it good for about10 to 15 miles, and this should clean up any varnish that could be clogging your jets. if this doesnt fix it then its time to pull the bowls off and physically look to see if the main jets are secure, not loose or fallen off into the bowl.... like when it happened to me once. but when i reinstalled that jet and cleaned up the bowls, it ran awesome infact, since i cleaned up the whole carb bank, it ran better than most 750s and i only have an 87 cbr 600 hurricane, infact it can keep up with most liter bikes, except the R-1, i havent beat that off the line yet. Mine wouldnt go near red line to save my life. Can i get a good helpful feedback if any of this has helped you, thanks, i appreciate.

id check the exup valve first! Clean and lube it up with copper grease or the like. if your lucky thats all it is if not the gears inside the servo motor are stripped but just changing the servo motor could strip the internal gears if the exup valve is still seized

I had the same problem. it was a coroded connector that was not advancing the timing. it would idle fine and go off the line but any thing over a bout a 1/4 throttle it "bogged". the plug/connector is located on the left side under the faring by the top of the rad. there are a bunch of connectors there so unplug them all and clean them with WD-40. hope that helps!
