No start ran out of fuel ran the battrie died put fuel in and bosted it no start

What do you mean "no start"?
Did you hear the starter-motor spin the engine?
If so, did it not ignite the fuel, and start the normal operation (pistons going up-and-down, crankshaft-turning, fuel being consumed)?
Or, did it not "catch" (spin the crankshaft, but no ignition of the fuel)?

Did you create an air-lock (air trapped inside the gasoline line that goes from the gas-tank to the fuel-injection system) ?
You may need to "bleed" all the air out of that line, so that fuel reaches the engine.

Fuel line routing for ryobi, poulan and sears trimmers

hello sir, fuel line routing for ryobi, poulan trimmers, looking at machine from left side, front green line from tank to bottom of port on primmer bulb. rear line from tank which has filter inserted through tank with small white ring pushed up against tank & filter fittings, goes to port at bottom of carburetor.top line from primmer bulb goes to top port of carburetor. that is the way they go on.it is important to make sure you have the same fuel line I.D. and O.D. are very important! also if old line dissolved it will get in carburetor and clog ports & small screen inside.clean inside of carburetor with carburetor cleaner & air pressure. to get your parts and numbers ,go to mtd parts.arinet.com, parts,791-683398,fuel line assembly.hope this helps
.hello sir, routing fuel line for craftsman, homelite, trimmers, fuel tank over engine, looking at machine from rear, shall fuel line on left with filter attached goes to bottom port of carburetor fuel line from right side coming out of tank with inside tip attached goes to bottom port of primmer bulb, top line on primmer bulb goes to top port of carburetor fuel tank under engine, fuel line routing, looking at machine from left side, left fuel line coming out of tank(drain back only) goes to right side small port of primmer bulb, left side larger fuel line from primmer bulb to top port of carburetor fuel line coming out of tank (larger line) on the right side with filter attached goes to bottom port of carburetor when replacing fuel line it is very important to use the same ID and OD line, when the lines dissolve small pieces will get in the carburetor clogging small passages and screen,it is advisable that you clean out carburetor and use a new filter.hope this helps, DON'T FORGET THE 4 THUMBS UP,,,,any comments welcome, thank you.

Homelite leaf blower fuel tank pickup fell off

There should be something going into the tank, a plastic elbow or connector, that will connect the fuel line from the carb to the pick up in the tank. Generally what I do is remove what ever goes into the tank and get a piece of fuel line slightly bigger than the hole and insert the fuel line directly from the carb into the tank. You have to be sure the hose is really tight so to create an air tight seal. Pull the new hose out of the tank through the fuel fill and insert the new fuel filter, push the hose back in making sure it is on the bottom of the tank but has room to move around

Carb overflows when not running

Im not familier with your specific bike but here are some ideas:-

First check the float valves, these are usualy in the bottom half of the carb. Take the bottom off, and you will see a plastic float, attached to the float will be a small bullet shaped piece of metal with a rubber coan on the top (may have to remove it to see it).
Remove the float & the valve, make sure there is nothing stuck on the float valve rubber tip, and nothing is in the hole where the float valve sits.
If this looks ok, next check the float levels, you may need a Haynes manual or similar to find out specificaly how you do it as you may need measurements.
Dont panic, this is a fairly simple thing to do (trust me Im no expert), you will need to repeat this process on all the other carbs (if you have more than 1)

You can also check your vacume valve (if you have one). Its a small pipe that connects from the carbs to the peterol tank (This is an additional pipe to the fuel pipe), this creates suction when the engine is running opening the fuel tap on the tank, letting fuel flow, if the tap is stuck, or the vacume pipe is damaged this could allow fuel to flood the carbs, (shouldnt if the float valves work correctly, but worth a try)

I hope this is of some help....

Chainsaw stops running

When it starts to die slacken off the fuel cap enough to allow air into the tank, if it picks up again it is an issue with the fuel tank breather, if the breather is blocked it will create a vacume in the tank and stop fuel flow to the carb.

Is there a little nipple that looks like a mini in line gas filter that goes inside of gas tank where gas line goes into tank on one side and into carb on other and what is the part #

There is possibly three hoses in the tank dependant on wheather the machine has a primmer bulb, there is a main fuel hose with the filter on the end, a return hose from the primer bulb, and possibly a breather tube, the return hose may just have a plastic nipple on the end to stop the hose pulling out, the breather if in the tank will have a devise to stop the fuel leaking out, but allow air in to stop a vacume being created in the tank.

Gas tank creates vacume

The vent is contained in the fuel cap. Try disassembly and clean or replace. HTH

Fuel lines need connected and im having fuel pump relay problems

HI, Ive just put a 2.6 4ze1 injected motor in a 95 rodeo in oz, the supply fuel pipe connects to the one sticking out at the front of the efi manifold next to the battery & air con hose! Make sure you have fuel in the tank, also you might have to prime the air out of the line by putting a rag around the hose & turning it over with your finger over it. Lightly releasing each time to let air escape until fuel comes out & being extremely careful for fire hazzard & to yourself!!! Then fit to manifold, the other pipe heading down under the manifold must be a vacum or tank breather hose? I hope this helps you GARYB in australia!!!
