Built into the CDI control unit,not adjustable. You could prob. buy an after market control unit to change those settings.Go online to a gixer forum and see what the other guys are doing for performance....

Could be ignition fuse. If not that then check the large block connectors which are usually located on the left hand side at the front of the bike behind the cowling beneath the handle bar. These connectors are notorious on GSXR's

Make sure you have enough freeplay in your throttle cables. They're located up by the twist throttle.

My 2008 suzuki gsxr 600 stalls when it reaches 70mph and above ,when the bike slows down the engine gives a **** and comes back in operation.

Make sure your air filter is clean, check the fuel filter and tank for contaminants.
More off the wall , the rev limiter may be faulty, is it a certain speed or a given rev range that causes the shutdown?
Look at the air filter first!!
