When I start up truck oil light is on when its warm it turns off.is this a problem just bought it?

It seems the oil pump is weak. Do an oil and filter change now and every 3000-4000 miles useing only good quality oil.I would guess this engine has high miles.
If you want the light to stay out get a new high volume pump.But I would not worry about it.Just keep the oil and filter changed.

You need to gget it checked to make sure you do have oil pressure when cold,if you do replace the oil pressure switch,if you don,t you need to find out why.you will ruin the engine if you drive it with no oil pressure.

You mean they cannot retrieve the codes for you? Mazda Trouble Codes OBD1 2CarPros . This site will tell you all about it and give code descriptions. For the stalling, look into the computer controlled idle valve or motor. It may need cleaning or have it checked at any rate.

Beetle oil pressure light flashes when engine is cold
You did not say how cold it is but I am guessing that the viscosity is not correct for the temperature and the oil is too heavy for the job.. May be an oil change to the correct viscosity oil would help.

Check the condition of the oil and if it is grey or milky then there is an internal leak allowing water into the oil ( happens from corrosion). Check cooling system level at the radiator. When the car warms up the oil light starts to flicker.The oil is full and clean. could this be the oil pump,or a sensor. If so where do i find either of these on my car?
It could be either one. The oil pump is located inside the engine inside the oil pan and the oil pressure sensor is usually located on the side of the block somewhere near the oil filter.
