Did you check the rubbers where the throttle bodies (carbs) plug on to? Are they ok? The rubber part usually separates from the metal base part of it.Use new spark plugs and also che the key switch's wires for damage (they appear to detach from the switch sometimes)

There could be a few different reasons why your 50cc Apache quad has suddenly stopped starting after starting with the kick start a few times. Some possible causes include:
Fuel issues: Make sure you have enough fuel in the tank and that the fuel is fresh. Also, check the fuel filter to ensure it's not clogged.
Air filter: A clogged air filter can restrict airflow to the engine, making it difficult to start. Check the air filter and clean or replace it if necessary.
Spark plug: A fouled or worn spark plug can prevent the engine from starting. Check the spark plug and replace it if necessary.
Battery: A weak or dead battery can prevent the engine from starting. Check the battery and charge or replace it if necessary.
Compression: low compression can cause the engine to not start.
Choke: Make sure that the choke is working properly.
It's possible that one or more of these issues may be causing the problem. It is recommend to check the owner's manual for troubleshooting and further guidance. If the problem persist, it is best to take it to a qualified mechanic for diagnosis and repair.
If the starter is really spinning backwards, the battery must be in backwards. or the battery was charged incorrectly???
red cable goes to + positive,
black cable goes to -negative frame
You may need a new battery and hope none of the electrics has been damaged
You need to check if there is any leaks from the carb to the motor. Make sure the carb is clean. An airleak could prevent the motor from starting as well as checking the carb itself ....the floats the jets things in that nature.
You say it is pull start ... is there a battery in the machine? If it is pull start, I dont understand your question ... If it is pull start, it makes its own electricity through a magneto arrangement.
This is obviously a problem in design of the bike. Weak circuit board design creating a shallow spark or mis-timed spark, OHC timing far too radical, carb design not compatible with the bore of the bike, factory valve angles out of whack, something, or several somethings have converged in this bike. Does your state have a "Lemon Law"? Many states have this and it forces the dealer to refund your money or replace the bike. Contact the KTM Corporate office > >

To check the spark put the spark plug in the cap and rest the tip of the spark plug on the head of the engine and crank it over. You should see a strong spark.
(Remember doing this creates electricity so don't touch the tip)
