Headlight relacment I have some skill however never attempted this what is the degree of difficulty?

You can do it only if you have electrical skills my recommendation is to find a junkyard and to take the cable and to change it.

Pull the chrome trim piece with the Bowie logo on it that runs accros the from of the grill and over welch headlight. Pul up on the headlight retainer located just behind the top of the headlamp assemblies. Pull out oh the headlamp as smile just enough to remove or unplug the side marker bulb. Remove the headlight assemlies enough to unplug the win harness. Relace the bulbs a necessary.

Removal & Installation

1. Disconnect battery cable.
   
2. Remove the head lamp bolts.
   
3. Disconnect the head lamp connector.
   
4. Remove the head lamp.
   
5. Installation is the reverse order of removal procedure.
   

Headlight bulbs-2000-2005 Accent

with hood up on the side of the headlight there is a screw you remove and headlight swings out don

cut the wire at bulb install female wire connector

go to www.cheatplanet.com

You shouldn't need to.  If you pop your hood open, you can unplu the headlight hardness from the bulbs.  Then you should be able to turn the bulb assembly about a 1/4 to 1/2 turn and they will come right out.
