I just changed the plugs on my 2006 GSXR 1000 because the bike had been sitting for about a year and one of the plugs was wet. After changing all four plugs, it still runs very poorly, not having any response hardly at all. It's the same hole that keeps fouling the plug. I can let engine idle and disconnect each injector one at a time. On 3 of the injectors, the engine will die immediately after I disconnect them. The one that's fouling the plugs, when I disconnect it, there is no change and the motor stays running. I already changed the coil on that hole and I still have the same issue. If I look down through the throttle bodies, 3 holes are completely dry, and the problem hole is soaking wet with fuel. Please help me in the right direction. Thanks

you going to have to pull the injectors out and clean them. You also better see a bout buying a type of tank coating that you pour into the tank to stop the rusting, or you are going on have this problem with it stopping up your injectors.
SOURCE: cutting out at higher rpm
If the engine is the DOHC 16 valve engine inline 4, and has multiple carbs, then I have 2 suggestions for you, First thing I would take the carbs off, as a whole rail, and have them ultra-sonically cleaned at a shop, and the diaphragms checked in the tops. After that, you need to have the carbs synced while on the bike. I have a GSF600S and it was basically opposite your problem, it had a sputter in the low rpm range, and the carb syncing fixed it, and they honestly weren't that far off. The way those carbs feed fuel, if one is giving too much fuel then it will cause ur plugs to foul, or flood that cylinder, causing the issue. For the carb syncing I suggest building this tool, which I did for my bike.
http://www.powerchutes.com/manometer.asp
It's a liquid column differential manometer, which very accurately and sensitively measures the vaccum on the different cylinders of the engine. The only other thing I can think of is your ECM, which controls the engine, and incorporates your rev limiter. These are pretty pricey, so I would do the steps above first.

Hi Chris,
You will have to recheck the float level (in the float chamber) of those two carburators, reset if necessary.
You may also have to reset the air-mixture screw for both of those carbs. Standard procedure to set htem is tighten them all the way in making sure not to over tighten to avoid damaging the sharp end of the screw, and thn to open 2 and a half to 3 turns.
You can thn reset them as the engine is running + -- either way.
Hope this helps!
