Cpi aragon gp 50cc 2007 model red/white no spark through coil
May hav a bad or connect issue with coil--or magneto cud be problem--chec out entire ignition system--purchase an engine manual on that model--also library sec 629 has many vehicle books

I dout its the carb setting if you mess with the screws it will be very hard to get it back to factory setting it sounds like a choke problem check your choke cable make sure its working and try to adjust it
