OFF-ROAD VEHICLES - Initial Service: Check carburetor adjustment, engine idling speed and starter operation/adjust if necessary, Change engine oil/filter, Check clutch operation, Check wheel runout, spoke tightness and for damage, Check swingarm pivoting point for play, correct if necessary, Check steering bearings for play and steering for roughness, Check sidestand Torque all nuts, bolts and screws to spec, Clean or replace air filter, Check tires for damage, Check front and rear brake operation, fluid levels and for leakage, Check wear levels on brake pads, Check and adjust chain/sprockets, Road Test Motorcycle. EVERY 60 HOURS: Check fuel hoses for cracks or damage, Check spark plug condition. Clean, gap or replace if necessary, Check exhaust system for leakage, Check wheel bearings for looseness or damage, Check fork and shock for leakage or damage and smooth operation, Check battery terminals for looseness and corrosion.
