On a yamaha 426 wht happens if to much oil in the bike blow out a seal

Drain some out ... when it is over full, the crank shaft whips it full of air and as such, it is not able to lubricate the engine NOR the transmission. Best bet is to drain it all and refill to proper level.

How often should I change my oil on my yz426 if I don't ride it

If the machine is not being used there is no need to change either the engine or fork oilWhen left in cold conditions some condensation may occur in the engine & forks & the resulting water can affect the oils If there is water in oil it will get churned into a white froth or the oil will go opaqueRide Safe

My 2000 yz 426 motor dies when i put it in 1 geer

The trouble is in the carburator, you have 3 jets, 1 for starting, the other is use at the first 25% of your throttlr handlle and the other is a fuff full throttle jets. so, clean your carb very correctly and dont forget to remouve! the obtruction in your jets :)

Av jus bought a yzf 426 the guy shown me how to

The setting of the ignition is too ADVANCED and so there is PREIGNITION. Perhaps this is done to have the engine respond well into higer RPM and so if there was backfiring only when the start was missed , I would suggest that you try out to start and if not you must get the bike tuned once again for fuel settings and ignition setttings including timing.

If you like spending money, change it. The oil should be changed every 3000 miles.
