What non synthetic oil is

Okay I don't understand why on this earth would you not want to use a synthetic oil in your GL1800. Synthetic oils have proven themselves for longevity, superior performance and the list goes on. You are riding one of the best if not the best performance touring motorcycle in the world why destroy it with an off brand filter and petroleum based oils? Sorry can't help you with a "best" non synthetic oil or filter for your Goldwing.

How to replace a front

Low beams are almost easy to replace. Turn your handle bars all the way to one side. That will give you room to reach between the bars and the shelter. Use a flashlight to look for the 4" rubber gaskets that cover the bulb. Trust me, you'll see it. Remove the gasket, and then unclip the spring keeper that holds in the bulb (it is an H7), and the bulb with connector will come right out. Don't touch the new buld as the oils on our fingers shotren the life of the bubs. You will see the bulb plugs into a plastic spacer. Use some electric gel on the prongs to seat the new bulb. Then make sure the square knob on the spacer is in line with the knotch on the bulb seat. The spring keeper should catch when pushed straight in. I look into the headlight to make sure it's seated properly. Same for other side. If you are talking about the high beams, you need to remove the seat, instrument cover, and shleter. You will see the gaskets. THOSE are a pain.

Clutch will not disengage

I would check the reservoir first to make sure it is full. If it is, a small amount of clutch drag is common. But only a very small amount. If this is an issue of the bike moving in neutral, or with the clutch handle pulled all the way in, I think the dealer needs to help. If you have the extended warranty, they may cover repairs. Sorry I don't have anything better.

2006 gold wing, how do

Dude, they are complicated to replace. You can remove the fairing pockets to try to get to the bulbs, but that will never work, and scar your wrists. Easiest way is to remove the seat, instrument cover, and the shelter. You can `easily\' get to the rubber gaskets and bulbs that way. The right side is cake, but the left side has a fixed harness in the way that will give you fits trying to get the gasket back on. I finally lubed the inside bead with a bit of oil and was able `screw\' the gasket back on. Trust me, a few beers and somne liberal cursing helped me get through the left side. Oh, and remember to put a touch of electric gel on the H7 prongs.

My GL1800 gas mileage went from 38 mpg to 33 mpg

Some things that could it could be are brakes dragging, wheels not spinning freely, an engine over filled with oil or a heavier weight oil than before, your spark plug wires may not be seated correctly or worn out, a clogged fuel filter, or under inflated tires. Hope this helps!
