1999 Honda F6 C Valkyrie white smoke on startup

white smoke is a sign of oil burning; could be a cylinder problem such as worn piston rings; check the spark plugs for signs of oil deposits

When I turn the right turn signal on the right front blinks at the same time as the left rear and visa versa.

Sounds like crossed wiring. Are you saying that only one of the rear indicators comes on at a time and not both rear? The front ones indicate the correct way and the rear ones indicate the wrong way every time. Obviously there is nothing wrong with the feed to them as they work. Have you disconnected any wiring and reconnected it incorrectly? If so go to that and change it back. If not then pull the live wires from the rear indicators, should be a bullet connection and swap them over. If they don't reach use a jump wire to connect and see if they work as they should. I would guess a connection incorrectly done, but it is possible someone is fooling around an swapped over for a laugh.

Can i make it go faster

I have checked and the only way to make this faster is to get a new bike. The reasons are simple and due to the following; The thing has a drive shaft, it has 2 valves per cyl, and taller tires is out of the question. You can make it quicker, but not faster. To make it quicker you will need to replace the exhaust and air filter with high flow rate type, re-jet carbs. Or you can get a throttle body injection system and a new computer that you can set-up with a dyno. There is also turbo charging, etc. However it is not going to go much faster than 118 mph without throwing parts.

There is a stud on the passenger seat that goes through the fender. You should be able to reach up under the fender take off the nut, then pull the seat toward the rear of the bike to remove it.

99 valkyrie will start but

Either you have a defective starter button in the right switch assembly. Take the right switch assembly apart and clean the starter button mechanism. Inspect the button for burning or melting. If damaged replace the right switch assembly. You may have a burnt or corroded contact bar in your starter solenoid. In this case you will have to replace the starter solenoid assembly. Or one last possibility, if you hold the starter button and hear the solenoid click then (while still holding the starter button) gently tap on the starter with a plastic hammer. If this tapping on the starter causes it to start spinning then you need to install a new set of starter brushes into the starter.
