its a common problem of all self motorbike,i am facing the problem 2 time.anyway change ur starter relay then check it.if the problem is still,change ur left side holder.i think 100% solve ur problem

Remove the spark plug, keeping the cap connected to the plug. Hold the threads of the spark plug to the cylinder head bolt. - Lift the rear wheel, and give it one good hard pedal down as if you are kick-starting the bike. IF the plug sparks at the tip, re-install the spark plug. NO SPARK: - Check the plug cap. I've replaced mine with a NGK Right Angle spark plug cap. - Replace lead with Copper wire lead. (despite not noticing evident issues with the wiring) - Check for spark again with the new lead and plug cap. That's all the electrical done from start of lead to the end of the plug tip. - Still NO SPARK? Skip to [Magneto and CDI] DO NOT replace Magneto and CDI unless you do all the above. That way you have a clean sweep of any electrical related issues.

I think ur gear shift is not normal i.e according to the speed. Shift gears according to the recommended speed. This will helps from preventing the pre worning out of the chain. And also improves ur mileage.

A balance shaft is used to "counter" the throw of the piston, to smooth out vibration.

you can go to an authorised delear of bajaj or you can find in the market. always use branded genuine parts manufactured by bosch germany or that sold my dealers. if you do not get it any where you con change the carburator of your bike.....

check ur engine head and clear the head or piston and valve,then clean carburetor and air filter.and then the problem is still change ur starting coil or cdi. thank u.

well, start with a basic tune up, spark plug etc. Gasoline is a real problem as of late. A lot of pump gas is now oxygenated, containing 10% ethanol, be absolutely sure you're using premium or gas that contains NO alcohol. Doing this, if it's still weak you should do a compression test and see if the engine is getting tired.

dont go that much fast for first1000kms...affects engine life...

Hi Pradip, The reason for this problem may be because of you chain sprocket, check if its placed tightly, Also check your Bore Piston.

hello Ravi The cdi coil may cost about Rs.200 If you are looking for ignition coil then it may cost upto Rs. 700

Check the hose, they move a lot and dry rot, or the nut is loose, If not rebuild or replace the caliper,

now carburetor adjustment is improper...so the carburetor need to clean and adjust proper setting...and you need to replace the battery because some battery will show reading 12.8v, but when you apply some load it will not supply the voltage, yet you can confirm the battery's health by high rate discharge test...

1.check your engine oil level. 2.check the silencer whether black smoke or blue smoke? in case black smoke, airfilter is blocked and improper air/fuel screw adjustment in carburetor. in case blue smoke,the oil burns inside the cylinder, check the valve clearance or the cylinder need to reboring or replacement along with piston....
