Neutral light stays on in every gear, how to fix.

Hi, You should find that there is a screw in switch situated at the back of the gearbox. A single wire leading to it from the neutral indicator. The switch I believe is plastic so be gentle when removing it. The switch is probably stuck in one position and may just need cleaning. Cheers Stan

The bike wobbles a lot

The problem you are describing is just low tire pressure. If you replace the steering neck bearings you also need to replace the races the bearings roll against to properly tighten the neck. One piece bearings are like automotive wheel bearings , It is a cone shaped bearing with a cone shaped race. If you know the dimension of the steering stem and the steering neck inner diameter , you may be able to purchase some.
If your fork slide bushings were loose , or if the inside of the fork lower/bottom were worn they could be sloppy with out leaking past the seal on top of the fork lower/bottom.
I think you need to inspect your tire for cupping and try 35 pounds of pressure that may be all you need.

I maintained my bike speed

The speed is not important. When running a new engine in, keep the power down. Every 100 miles or so, a quick burst of power will help to take the sharp edges off the bearing. Only for a few moments!
As you do more mileage and not before 1000 miles keep the power as low as you can using the gears to lower the power required. That careful driving will pay dividends in the end.
If you use full power at low speeds, you run the risk of excessive wear to the pistons and bearings. Change the oil after 500 miles and DON'T use synthetic until the engine is fully run in.
Hope that explains it.

  1. Fuel, Air and the lines.
  2. Tune your vehicle and get fuel especially from reputed brands like SHELL
  3. If water has entered your fuel tank this will happen, I mean Backfire and no response. This is till the water or air clears you know
  4. Service your vehicle from a person who is a specialist in Enfield's not any one.
